While serving on the trust board of the Pune Panjarpole Gaushala, our founder noticed a glaring inefficiency in the agricultural ecosystem: raw cow dung a naturally rich, priceless resource was being sold off at rock-bottom prices, severely underutilising its true potential. Recognizing an opportunity to elevate both rural sustainability and Organic farming, he teamed up with visionary partners to launch Gauprasad Udyog, initially processing raw cow dung into premium grade, nutrient rich organic manure.
As our vision expanded, we reached out to like-minded gaushala’s across the nation to build a collaborative network. Recognizing the untapped potential of traditional Panchagavya and cow-based wellness, we began sourcing pure, authentic items directly from these gaushala’s. This led to the creation of our comprehensive retail segment, offering everything from pure A2 Ghee and handcrafted herbal soaps to natural healthcare and traditional Pooja essentials.
